“ho apprezzato molto la cordialità del personale, al momento del nostro arrivo ci hanno aiutato a portare in camera i bagagli, una mattina siamo scesi in ritardo per la colazione ed erano finiti i croissant ma nel giro di 15 minuti sono stati sfornati degli altri. per cause di forza maggiore abbiamo dovuto accorciare di due giorni la nostra vacanza, alla richiesta di poter far soggiornare i miei genitori al posto nostro posto si sono subito dimostrati disponibili e attenti nel chiederci se qualcosa non andava nella struttura.”
