“Excellent breakfast! The staff was always helpful, and spoke good English which was a nice bonus as I'm still learning Spanish. The weather was sometimes rainy while I was there and they kindly loaned me an umbrella, which came in handy as I walked around the Historic District one day. The hotel is located in the vibrant La Mariscal district, which has lots of shops, many restaurants and night clubs. Sometimes you can hear the beat of the music in the distance, but it's not so loud as to be obnoxious. There is an Ecuadorian restaurant right next door, which has excellent food! Public transportation is a short walk away and taxis are plentiful.”

“The hotel is extra quiet! My room was single bad, I had place for anything. Bathroom is small, but good enough, with hot water! The room was every day cleaned up. Breakfast is simple but simple enough to start the day. You can watch birds in the closed garden :)”
