“Excellent service in a new hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful. Even walking to the beach is easy and the walk back is on moving stairways! Good location for restaurants bars and for nice long walks”

“Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was large, spotlessly clean, large windows with marvelous views over the sea and mountains. small fridge, hairdryer, nice large shower. Breakfast was really good, with a choice of hot and cold food, bacon, fried egg, scrambled egg, sausages, beans, fresh fruit, croissants, large choice of pastries, several different rolls. tea/coffee, choice of juices. On ground floor there is a nice little coffee bar that serve tapas etc. a sunbathing area on the roof with jaccuzi, lift to all floors”

Excellent buffet breakfast with a varied choice of both hot and cold food. Attached café with cheap, tasty tapas and very well priced drinks. Excellent location for both tram, beach and shops.”
“We booked the hotel last minute in order to visit a relative in Spain who is unwell and is in care nearby. Locally there were a number of issues with public transport and taxis to our relative's village up in the mountains, but the hotel manager was incredibly helpful with organising taxis. Even when there was a taxi strike, he called up a friend to take us and pick us up. He really helped make what was quite a stressful time easier with his professionalism and help. To add to this, the hotel was really lovely, clean, modern and with good air conditioning. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The roof terrace and jacuzzi pool (note, not suitable for actual swimming) were a great place to go to relax and unwind after long days. The location is perfect, with a short stroll down to the beach and to the old town, and escalators to bring you back up if you're not feeling energetic at the end of the day.”
