“In booking requests I typed: "Driving for 13 hours, would really appreciate a quiet room" I was put in Room 1. This room is ON THE ROAD, and you can hear every single road noise, amplified 100x in the small hours of the night. If you can sleep with ear plugs, this might not bother you, but I can't, and my wife can't. Worst night sleep EVER, anywhere. I explained to the host when checking out and his comments: "Oh I'm so sorry, that is a terrible room, it's so loud!!!!" What the %*(^$ seriously? Anyway, I will NEVER be back to this hotel. Shame.”
