“The owner was extremely pleasant and accessible. He also speaks perfect English. The property is quiet, clean and very comfortable. Our room was quite large (King sized bed, desk area and chair. There was also a private patio with comfortable seating. The bathroom was large by most European standards with a great shower. Breakfast was typical European and quite good. In addition to the usual meats, cheeses, breads, and jams, there was also cereal, yogurt and eggs/sausage. There is no mini bar in the room. Rather, there is an honor bar system in the hallway near the kitchen/dining room with a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (and I think there were some snacks as well but I really remember). There is parking around back which seemed secure and there were plenty of spaces on the days we were there. It was an easy 5 minute walk into town where there are many restaurants and shops. We highly recommend the Hotel Chalet!”

“Wie beim letzten Aufenthalt gibt es auch diesmal nichts zu beanstanden. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Geste vom Hotel: Man kam uns wegen Krankheit noch am Anreisetag entgegen und hat das DZ auf ein EZ umgebucht, zum EZ-Preis. Macht nicht jedes Hotel so. Hier werden wir auch in Zukunft buchen.”
