“This is the best hotel! It has historic charm and perfect location. Staff was fantastic and super helpful. Bus stop across the street to the train station. I had requested a high room with a view (5th floor) and it was incredible!: St. Lawrence River and church towers. Can't wait to stay there again.”
“Two sixtyish sisters stayed for 3 nights. We were happy with our room, the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent, a five minute walk from most sites within the walls. We used the valet parking $25/day. Also decide to have the brunch on both Saturday and Sunday, well worth $19.95 is you want to eat at the restaurant. The food is excellent, especially the croissants! Not to be missed! We suggested that they sell them to take home. All staff were extremely friendly and spoke English well.”
“Fabulous location; good dining room. Wonderful to listen to live music with dinner.”
“Well-managed old hotel. Courteous staff. Clean, well-furnished rooms. Jazz performances in the bar. Good restaurant.”
“the bed was comfortable. Liked being able to control the temperature in the room”
“The hotel is located near everything in the city, you can walk anywhere, that's the best they offer. The bed is comfy, it's clean.”
“The very friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money, excellent location”
“We stayed here for 3 nights pre-cruise in October. The location, in Old Town, is excellent. It was easy walking to all the sights we wanted to see. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose a corporate king room as we read that they were a little bigger than the standard rooms. It was nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable and had a fabulous view of City Hall, Notre Dame and the river. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”
“everything..location, service, restaurant and comfort- no stress!”
“Super comfy beds, beautiful old hotel, location was great.”
