“This hotel is in an excellent location as walking distance to the old town, the shops and station/ tram stops. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and so much choice. However the most incredible thing about this hotel is their staff, they were courteous, thoughtful and helpful. It was my birthday while I was staying there and after my friends had sung me happy birthday at breakfast, a waiter came over to also wish me happy birthday and brought me a beautiful presented piece of cake! Also, on the last night, one of the women in my party ( I was with a choir on an exchange) had a terrible accident and ended up with broken bones in hospital. Anyway, the Hotel helped me by liaising with the airline and hospital and in ensuring I had access to her room so I could check her out and get her things to her. Derry, in particular deserves a special mention.”
“Localization is great, in a street with lots of restaurants and cafes and only a few blocks away from Zurich's Old Town. Staff is really friendly and the rooms are quite well equipped. Hotel is nice and fancy, with a cool lobby.”
