“we booked late and were very surprised to find how nice the hotel was. it was a surprise that we had a terrace and, though we did not have much of a chance to use it, it was good for the time we spent on it. the style of the hotel was also in keeping with the city, yet modern. it was close to everywhere and the staff were all very pleasant. we arrived during an august fest and the front desk clerk spent time explaining it - even though it was probably the 10th time she had done it that day. finally, they had 'do it yourself' boiled eggs and that made me very happy indeed! breakfast was very nice, in general, that just put it over the top.”
