“As others have noted, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and warm, and many have a view along the valley towards distant mountain peaks. The restaurant provides a range of filling evening meals, including regional specialties at reasonable prices. The breakfast is more than adequate. The open-air car park is large and very easy to access.”

“We were on a motorcycling holiday and arrived on a very wet day. We were immediately shown to a drying room and the garage provided to store our bikes. The food and service were excellent. Our room was spacious and we found the hotel proprietor very friendly and welcoming, he even came out to say goodbye when we left.”

Just wished I could have stayed longer and had time to explore area including the source of the River Rhein and relax enjoying views !Son and husband enjoyed playing table tennis. Good quality food in restaurant. Ideal stop off point travelling from Calais to Italy, avoiding Gotthard tunnel and doing Oberalp pass instead. A breath taking journey to get there as well.Would definitely love to return and sit eating breakfast enjoying this view !”
