The staff go out of their way to help out and the boss personally talks to the guests to see how things are going - he certainly knows what great guest relations is all about. A family friendly hotel with little things provided for the children to play with on arrival and a large playroom to keep the children entertained. A good selection for breakfast and excellent dinner with a selection of fine wines too! Hotel Cristal will definitely be seeing us again!”

“Due to problems on our journey we arrived 3 1/2 hours after the check in time. The staff had left a message on the door for where the key was located and even provided food and drink. Very helpful and easy going staff, relaxing atmosphere, perfect location!”
“Great breakfast! The rooms and bed were comfortable, though not the most spacious. We came in the summertime, so there weren't many travelers there. The views can't be beat, and the hotel is very close to the gondola, hiking trails, and other restaurants.”
“The food was perfect. Every night we had a great dinner with salad buffet, starter, hot soup, entry and dessert. The wine list was very good. And 1 night we could choose foundue or raclette. Perfect! The best bread we had in the region. So fresh and crunchy I'd wake up everyday thinking of beakfast!! The staff was very helpul and friendly. We always had an après ski drink at the louge by the fireplace!”
