“The staff, especially Sanjeev (sorry if I've spelt this wrong!) where really keen to help us out with everything. Sanjeev arranged taxis for us to take us to all the sights that dalhousie has to offer (it is quite pricey - 1500-2000 rupees a day). He even got a member of staff to jump on our bus leaving the town to save some seats for us before we managed to push our way on. So helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Soap and toilet paper provided. The hotel is right next to where the busses stop. Also, they cook very good food, reasonably priced (although there are plenty of places to get food in the town as well). Sanjeev was always contactable by phone and responded very quickly. It was clear he wanted us to have the best experience possible. ”

“We are a retired British couple touring India on a limited budget so this suited us because we are relying on public transport and this hotel was right next to the bus stand where we could travel easily to a variety of different places. The standard rates as one of the better places we have stayed but doesn't have the standards of cleanliness we are used to in Europe. However it was acceptable and we were comfortable enough to stay for several days and return after a break elsewhere. Most people stay for just a night or two. Despite very little English, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The food looked of a good standard although we didn'd eat there”
