“We definitely LOVE the staff. We ended up leaving for the airport forgetting a few items (a very important one included) and they kindly sent a cab with the items in it! They were super helpful! One night, the waiter was SOOO completely lost with our order (my husband is Colombian, so it was not a language problem) that we had to send back most of it. Sure enough, the same waiter waited in us the next few days and always went out of his way to please us! The room was big and super comfortable for the 3 of us (my husband and our 2 years old). Also, the pool is amazing for adults and kids! Our baby boy spent all his time there and loved loved it. Really recommended for families!”
