“I just loved the hotel but there were a few annoying things. Even though the very nice receptionist shows you how to turn on the electricity in the room with your door key, I spent about half an hour trying to work out how to turn on the individual lights in the room and nothing would work despite anything I did - the configuration of the main floor of the hotel is poorly marked and signposted, so one had no idea whatsoever where to go to get to anything. No doorman to greet taxi and carry your suitcase up steps as "it's out of season right now, so the hotel is quiet" was the excuse I was given. Breakfast at SWFRS40 is a complete and total rip off and should be included in the price of the room. An outrage!”
