“there are a lot of things to like at this great hotel. and the ling is very long: great location, very clean, attention to detail, breakfast, dinner, guided walks in the forest, etc, etc. I have seen some reviews that staff speaks only German. this is not really true. Most, if not all, speak English and French and if not have to learn it. it is true that the hotel have a paper delivered every morning in the room and that is only in German.”
