“The front desk staffs were really nice and helpful. Our rental car had a flat tire. They helped us contact they emergency service since we could not speak German. They also allowed us to leave the car in the garage after checking out for a few more hours which worked out really great for us. After all, very nice and comfortable stay in Graz.
