“I really like this place and we are comming back here again. It's nice desing and a special location in the old watermill. You feel at home and since there is no staff on site most of the time it's very much based on self service. The restaurant in the basement is excellent, unfortunately it was closed last time we visited.”

“This is the 3rd or 4th time that we have stayed here, it is actually one of my favourite hotels in the world! Traditional yet modern, very well designed in all its details, luxurious and yet not fussy. Easy to stay in, in a gorgeous Burgundy town, spotless. Good self-service breakfast with quality cheese and local ingredients. A total enjoyment. I will return.”

“Great location in the centre of Chablis. Beautifully restored old property, a water mill. We got room #1 just above the (noisy) water flow and as we asked for a different room, the staff made no problem in upgrading us to an available bigger room at no extra cost :). Great gesture ! We dined at the restaurant Au Fil du Zinc on the same premise - great quality, friendly staff and absolutely value for money !”
