“The staff were very nice and very helpful :) One even printed a train schedule without me even asking (wish I remember her name) They've helped me in booking tours, suggested on where to eat etc. Though the room were not much like the photos (as usual) and it's kinda small but bed was comfy, clean and I had a nice view. I wasn't able to try their breakfast but there is a balcony beside the dining area where you can have a nice view of florence cathedral. Location was great! Restaurants are just around the corner and hotel was quite near from the train station.”
“The hotel is awesome! The location is front of the Cathedra, you could not be closer! The view from the room is breath taking. We skipped one dinner and just stayed in the room with some cheeses, grapes and wine : ) The breakfast was much more than breakfast with veggies, fruits, cakes, ham, tea/ coffee, juice. All you can eat and just for 11 EURO, if you pay at the hotel. Super friendly team works on the reception. Really Great Hotel in Florence!”
