“The staff does its best to meet special requests! And may even do more! In my case, I wanted a rose in the room as I wished to create a romantic atmosphere for proposing to my partner. Turns out I got a rose and a candle - AND we were welcomed at the station, and driven by car to the hotel - pure bonus! You also get discounts for the renting of skiing equipment (and for ski passes)!”
