- Please note that Wengen is a car-free village. You can reach Wengen only by train. Park your car at Lauterbrunnen Station and take the train to Wengen. The train ride to Wengen takes approximately 20 minutes.<br><br>Guests arriving after 19:00 are kindly asked to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>Please note that Single-Currency Credit Cards (UnionPay logo only) cannot be accepted for reservations.

“What sets this place apart is their Extremely warm and helpful staff. They helped plan our day itinieraies for us. While we had booked for 5 days and as per booking.com and hotel policy changing dates would have incurred full penalty, the hotel was very understanding and offered to change our booking dates at no penalty to us. Such customer focus is expected but rare in this industry.”
“Our stay in the hotel was excellent! It has exceeded my expectations by far, as absolutely everything about it was great. The hotel deserve at least 4 stars for the service and amenities that it is providing. The room was spacious, very clean and nicely furbished. Our room had a huge balcony with the perfect view on Jungfrau. I think the hotel has the best location in Wengen in term of the view. The attention to details is amazing, each room has a powerful hairdryer, safe, chocolates for the guests, and a beautiful postcard that you can send back home! Breakfast in the hotel was great, with broad chose of local charcuterie, bakery products and broad selection of coffee. In additional to the breakfast, through out the day, you can find refreshment drinks in the lounge area free of charge. But what is most important is that the hotel atmosphere. You feel very welcomed in the hotel, and the hotel is run by the family in a very professional way.”
