“We stayed for one night ahead of starting a trip along the FEVE from Ferrol, having flown up from Santiago de Compostela and taken the train via La Coruna. We arrived at about 22:00 hrs and were welcomed by friendly reception staff. The interior of the hotel is lovely - older style, retaining much of the original character - just what we enjoy. The room was spacious, well appointed and the bed comfortable, with a good bathroom. All very clean. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Good location about 10 minutes walk from the station. Incidentally, Ferrol looked like a nice little town - it was a shame that we didn't have longer to explore it.”
“Built in 1909 and renovated in 1996, the hotel maintains its historical charm. It's conveniently located close to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. It's a short walk to the train station. The staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful, quiet place to rest after traveling for 30+ hours.”
“We booked this hotel for our first night prior to tackling the Camino Inglés to Santiago de Compostela. Happily for us, it turned out to be located 1km along the route, and so we covered the start on the evening of our arrival, continuing from the hotel on the following morning. Reception staff were lovely. Note: we did not eat at the hotel.”
