“Location is perfect, walking distance to the Kremlin and other major sites. Subway a wee walk away so caught the bus. Staff was extremely helpful in helping us buy sleeper train tickets from Moscow to St Petersburg as the website was in Russian. They helped us purchase and print the tickets. Also booked a taxi for us and told us how much the ride was going to cost. A few nice cafes nearby.”
