“Great hotel with large parking. All room with terrace and view of Vesuvius volcano. Breakfast good and there is choice. Owner lovely and helpful. Beach with parking and Vesuvius view 5 minutes by car from the hotel. Very nice town of Castellammare di Stabia where you also have to spend some time. We recommend this hotel and thank you the owner and the service.”

“Amazing view over the bay of Naples and Vesuvius from the room balcony and hotel restaurant! Very friendly and helpful host. The best croissants I've ever eaten and homemade cakes for breakfast. We had excellent not expensive local cuisine dinners with local wine and limoncello for all our stay in hotel. The vegetables and fruits used for meals are grown in hotel garden! Good location to reach Sorrento, Pompey, Amalfi coast.”

“The owners of this hotel were the nicest possible people I have ever had the fortune to meet. This is such a nice hotel, it should have far more star rating than it has now. The breakfasts were delicious, so were the dinners, which we have often had at the hotel. It is the Mama of the manager, Giovanna who did the cooking and delighted the customers with delicious cakes in the mornings and equally excellent dinners in the evening. The food is excellent value for money and the taste and freshness were second to none. The hotel was cleaned every day to the highest standard and as the saying goes: you could eat off the marble floors. Each room had a big balcony, facing the bay, the sea and the Vezuvius. It was really hard to leave and plans permitting we have decided to go back again.”

Parking is safe and the gate closes at 23.00 (You get your gate remote). This place has hot water and feels like home.”

“Hotel Elisabetta is a 1950's built family run hotel. Our hosts were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and the king sized bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and selection of tasty home cooked traditional Italian dishes were available in the evenings, cooked personally by 'Mama' who is in the third of the four generations running the hotel. Good local wines were available. Car parking good and the location is great for ferries from Castellemmare di Stabia town port to Capri or Sorrento. We didn't explore much of the town as out on the Amalfi coast most days by road or boat or at trips to Herculaneum and Pompeii, which are very close by.”
