“The view from the hotel's rooms is amazing independent on the weather. The hotel has some years behind, but it's still very chic and the staff is very welcoming. The food at the hotel's restaurant is also very good - quite surprising for a hotel's restaurant.”

“Excellent location on the lake in Frutillar. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Rooms look out on the lake and the volcano. Great common space broken up into nice seating areas. You are not stuck to your room. Good breakfast with hot items, including eggs. Also has a bar and restaurant - we ordered some nice tapas platters for four of us to share - the smoked salmon was awesome! Reasonable wine prices. Good pisco sours. Nice gardens. Parking. Best shower in Chile! Hot and lots of volume!!!!!!”
“Breakfast only opens at 8:30 We arrived 8:30 and people had been there They had used the window seats and these were not cleaned and reset. Breakfast is poorly organized. Nice staff but not a clue.”
