“Another great stay at Emirhan Palace. The staff remembered me from my 3 previous visits. This time I was travelling as a lone female. Not once during my stay did I feel uncomfortable. In fact they ensured my stay was "trouble free". I requested a quiet room and they were happy to accommodate my request. They put me in the same room I had stayed in the day before. I was also told I was the only guest on the 4th floor. As someone who has trouble sleeping, I really appreciated this. The airport shuttle is so easy to find at both the International terminal and the domestic terminal and the shuttle from the hotel to the airport is so easy to organise. As my flight was before breakfast, they ensured a lovely sandwich and a carton of orange juice was waiting for me on "check out". When staying in Istanbul, this is my only choice of hotel. They offer a personal, second to none service”
