“The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We went during the Mama Negra festival, and they advised us on where and when best to take part in the parade festivities, which were all walking distance from the hotel. They also had great restaurant recommendations for us around town. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds.”
