“Beautiful hotel. Awesome staff! This is my second Estelar Hotel I have stayed at. This is why I chose them for this trip, and the location. The new chef is wonderful and all meals were perfect and wonderful, except one. Breakfast was ok and suitable. Coffee was delicious. Prices for the food seemed to be inline with the other local places, surprising for a hotel. The internet gave me few problems and worked great for the most-part. Special mention goes out to Miguel, Sergio and William, and the entire staff for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I wish I were better with names, I would have mentioned more names! I am a smoker and they were very kind to let me outside to smoke at any hour. I totally recommend Estelar Suites Jones for any leisure or business trip.”
“This hotel is precisely what you see... the staff is incredibly attentive & at your service 24/7! Rooms are clean, food is amazing! Neighborhood is fine and you can feel safe in and around the premises! They also provide a special taxi/cab service which might be a few pesos difference from the common yellow cabs, but your safety, the service and attention you get is worth it. I would return to Hotel Estelar Suite Jones without a doubt.👌👍”
