The staff gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and were very helpful throughout our stay. The standard of the accommodation is good and we made good use of the area in front on the hotel for our morning coffee before setting off to explore the town of Merano. Good secure parking - approx. 100m from the hotel and you could load and unload the car at the front of the hotel.”
