“Staff could not do enough for us. Hotel modern and well equipped with plenty of room for parking. Great restaurant with good choice of food had a special evening on one night which was really good. All English speakers which made our stay even better. This hotel is a little way from the lake, but price reflects this and is very convenient for visiting both sides. All in all excellent. ”

“Het hotel personeel is zeer vriendelijk en toen de airco ons niet beviel (maakte veel lawaai en bracht geen verkoeling) kregen we direct een andere kamer. Deze kamer lag aan de voorkant met balkon en geeft een schitterend uitzicht op Riva. Kamer is netjes en modern ingericht. Badkamer ruim genoeg en schoon. Bedden prima. Zwembad is netjes, groot en er zijn bedden genoeg. Lift en gang etage prima opgeknapt. Bubbelbad gratis en prive te boeken maar wel erg verouderd. Ontbijt is basic maar prima. Wel het juiste koffieapparaat pakken want anders vieze koffie. Parkeren gratis op terrein hotel.”
“Als Standardzimmer wurde mir ein ruhigeres angeboten (nach hinten raus), aufgrund meiner langen Anreise. Das fand ich von der Rezeption sehr nett. Das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon und das Bad hatte eine gute Größe, das Wasser der Dusche war innerhalb kürzerer Zeit warm. Das Zimmer, Bett, Vorhang und Bettwäsche sah schön aus. Die Klimaanlage hat an den heißen Tagen auch sehr gute Dienste geleistet Das Hotel liegt etwas Abseits zu dem kleinem Ort Arco, allerdings haben wir immer das eigene Auto benutzt und ich kann keine Aussage über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel treffen. Arco hat auch einen vorzüglichen Supermarkt am Ortsrand. Positiv fand ich die kostenlosen Parkplätze am Hotel und den eigenen Pool des Hotels. Der Gardarsee liegt nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich ein schöner Spielplatz.”

“La struttura si trova vicinissima ad Arco, quindi è apprezzabile sia perchè non ci si trova in centro paese (tutto pedonabile), sia perchè volendo anche a piedi lo si può raggiungere. Molto apprezzata anche la presenza della piscina al ritorno dalle gite come riposante e rinfrescante. Ancora molto apprezzabile tutti i servizi accessori (nolo bici, palestra, sauna, ecc.), di cui non abbiamo usufruito vista la brevità della vacanza, ma interessante che siano presenti.”
