“Balcony, comfortable bed, the second room with a sofa, kitchen corner, tea-pot, fridge, stove, pans and dishes. Good breakfast, good coffe included. The hotel is situated on pine hill, above the sea. Quiet, nevertheless our room was overlooked to hotel's spacious parking. 15-30 min walk to Porto Santo Stefano via a pedestrian tonnels and small beaches to take a ship or have dinner, visit bars, supermarket. Hotel's small platform down at clean stony sea is not suitable for little children play (deep water) but there are other beaches withing 15 min walk. Hotel has a restaurant and a bar if you did not wish to go anywhere or did not have a car.”

“Excellent and very supportive staff! We use Booking.com frequently since 2011 and it was the hotel with nicest staff we have ever met! Hotel has pretty good 20 meters long private wood platform over the sea 2 minutes walking from reception (it is nice to jump to water, also lifeguard is present). Our room was with a view - it was worth to pay for this, once you open the window you can have sunbath in your bed, and view is beautiful :)”
