“We weren't sure what to expect due to the low cost, but we could not have hoped for better in terms of value for money. The location was great, next to the bus station (fantastic after arriving on the bus from the airport) and one minute's walk from the slopes. The room was spotless and while small, it was plenty big enough. The bathroom was newly renovated and we had a front view of the mountains. The staff were great - they didn't all speak fantastic English, but always did their best to help out. I don't think it would be fair to expect a family run hotel to have perfect English - we should have had better French!”
