“The owners Gina and Javier are very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. There is only Spanish spoken here but everyone was ok with my “Spanglish” and we got along great. They connected me with Santiago and his taxi and I spent 2 days with him driving to the sights. This worked great. I also hired him to go to Latacunga. The location is right at the famous market and very convenient. I also had my laundry done here. Just give it to them in the morning and get it back in the afternoon. I ate breakfast here each morning and it was good. The owners also have a German Shepherd that loves to have someone throw rocks for him to fetch. How funny he is! I am happy with my stay.”

“Fantastic location, right next to the markets. Friendly and helpful staff who took care of our bags when we went hiking for a day after checking out. Reasonably sized room with a private bathroom for a fair price, we even had a second double bed in our room! Basically it's your typical low price hotel room.”
“Good price/quality of comfort etc. Employees talk only spanish but are friendly. Breakfast with some scrambled egg, a sandwich and juice + hot drink. Perfect location, on saturday the market is right in the street of the hotel.”
