“This is the first time I feel a property is overrated on Booking.com and I'm a regular customer. I'm surprised of all the enthusiastic comments I've read prior the trip. The location is good and the place is fairly clean. That's about it. Nothing else is professional about it. The place has got a lot of potential, but it feels like a family business, with not much professionalism, but a lot of good will. I'd get a proper designer and throw out some of the ugly, bad-taste furniture, carpets and curtains, set up professional reception services (not someone in her home-clothes, though very nice), have a phone in the rooms, so you don't need to go down the stairs whenever you need a new roll of toilet paper, have a spare toilet paper in the bathroom, better breakfast/food, etc. It was a decent place to stay, but for much less money. I wouldn't rate this good value for money, though we were there on a discounted rate.”

“The hotel was 15 mins walk from Oradea railway station and the town centre in a side street. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. My room was on the second floor, no lift. The room was clean and tidy and the wifi worked well. The terrace style resturant was good, though limited menu. Breakfast was basic. I would use again”
