“The staff was fine though I hardly met them as I was leaving quite early in the morning and coming late in the evening. The breakfast at the café across the street was excellent. Fine location.”
“The location is fantastic, close to everything there is to see in Pisa, and there is a great with cafe across the road. The Staff were always present and were willing too assist where possible, and the room was cleaned daily. The building building itself is quite beautiful and had a lot of character/charm. Be aware though, the hotel is on the first floor and there is no lift. This wasn't a problem for me, but those with mobility issues should be aware. The small terrace overlooking the courtyard and rear plaza was a nice touch.”

“Only spend 1-night in Pisa, so pleased that the location of Hotel Galileo is good, on the main street that leads up towards the Leaning Tower complex, only 5-10min walk. The reception-desk staff were helpful, with plenty of insight into the city.”
“The room was very spacious and comfortably fit 3 of us in, one more could have stayed also as the sofa was huge. The shower was great, with space and good pressure, and the staff were lovely. We didn't spend much time there and it was close to everything we needed as well as the tower.”
