“We were looking for a budget hotel and we got more than we were expecting. On arrival we were upgraded for free to an executive room ( without us requesting it) and we got a super nice and spacious room. Room service was prompt, nice food. Breakfast was served in the room, very basic but good. We took an auto to Taj Mahal which was about 10 minutes away. The train station is 20 min away and we took OLA to reach the hotel and it cost us only 120 rupees (1,5 euros), otherwise a normal taxi/ auto from the train station would cost double.”

“It was very clean. The staff would accompany me every day to the road to ensure I got a good price on a tuk tuk. They also allowed me to shower and rest in one of the rooms after I had checked out whilst I was waiting for my bus. They booked my bus ticket for me and sent me a message after I had left asking if I had arrived safely in Jaipur. Excellent customer service.”
