“Nice big parking area, well screened from road; felt very secure. Great views all around from room balconies. About 15 mins walk into Kitzbuhel centre, first part along quite a busy road. Owner also showed us a shortcut along a quiet back road to the Hahnenkamm gondola, so we could go up to the start of the downhill race course (fantastic walk down). Hotel staff very friendly and helpful (especially Klaus, the owner) and reception area, rooms etc. are comfortable, up to date and yet with traditional Austrian charm. Lovely modern bathroom. Nice pool and sauna.”
“Great service and attention. Very good and complete breakfast to get energy before a long day skiing, great to relax in the indoor pool and sauna after. You can drop your skiing material downstairs on a warm room which is good for drying all up. There's a ski bus station just in front of the hotel. Room windows' noise/cold insulation was fantastic. All clean!”

“We totally liked it all the way! The interior of the hotel as well as the rooms are fresh, clean and calm with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds (the photos don't give through justice to it). Both we and our dog felt in them very cosy (maybe even too much :-)). You have easy access to new and clean swimming pool and sauna, which relax your tired body and mind in the afternoon. The skibus stops are within 20 metres from the hotel. And above all, the hosts are very nice and always open to help you. All this make for a very pleasant place to stay for a week-long skiing. Thank you!”
