“Location with parking (we had a car and on the main street of San Pedro it is not possible to park) 5 minutes walk out of town so a little quieter. Almost Western standards of finish. Helpful staff. (English levels OK for everything we needed. Hey it's South America why should you expect English)”

“If the rating was based only on the staff, I would give a 10. The staff was super friendly and attentive. In addition, the pool was nice, super cold, but refreshing during the heat of the afternoon. Also the wifi was also pretty good, I had no problems streaming with it.”

“Actually I have been there for 8 days (April,22 - 29) and it was a fabulous experience. The most striking point is how supportive they are. Excellent hospitality. Renato all the time meets us with extreme joy and receptivity. He also gives us guidance on sightseeing options. Juan is a Hotel Manager who is totally focused on attending clients needs and throw out the time I was there, he helped me a lot. The pool area is great, clean room, very comfortable bed and good breakfest.”

“I forgot some books in the room of the hotel and the staff didnot wantto send me the books via post to an address in Santiago de Chile becauseit would have cost them 15000 pesos. They told me they will send thebooks one week later no news I called them and they told me that theydidnot send the book because of the cost. I was schocked they didnot tryto contact me again ( they had my email Address) For at least to let meknow they didnot do it. I was travelling back to Europe and I have nevermanaged to have them to send my books even if I offered them to pay it.Very very poor client focus and I am still expected my books with aserious complain towards the hotel staff . They have my address inEurope so I am waiting.”
