“The staff was very friendly. They even called the airport shuttle company and located something we left in the shuttle. We were very pleased with the customer service.”
“The location was very close to the train station, so with 2 young children it was an easy transfer with our bags. We could check in from 12, and out at 11, good compared to other places. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The manager provided a kettle when we asked, and allowed us to use his parking place to load our hire car when we left. The breakfast staff were great with our children, giving them first dibs on the breakfast pastries. Our room was on the 4th floor, nice and quiet and big for a family room, but best of all clean. The restaurants outside the hotel were reasonably priced. Couldn't have asked for more really.”
