“The room I was provided was very attractive, spacious and clean. HOWEVER, as much as I would like to give this hotel a very high rating for its friendly staff, convenient location, cleanliness and good breakfast, the air conditioning in my room was NOT working and it was 36c outside!! I had to sleep with the window closed to keep out street noise but there was only an electric fan blowing about hot air in the room. As a result, I slept very poorly both nights. When I brought the problem of the very high room temperature to the attention of the Reception staff, they sent someone up to check it but said they could do "nothing" about it. Extremely disappointing in an otherwise lovely hotel!! Their so-called "central air conditioning system" does NOT cool the room.”
