“The location of the hotel is great but only after arriving and getting some orientation. It's sort of hard to find if you have just arrived at the bus terminal and don't know your way and the hotel doesn't do any pick up so if you take the shuttle bus just pay for that extra 500 yen to get dropped off directly at the hotel front.”
“My daughters and I were sooooo Happy with Hotel Grace. It's older style and they did not speak much English but compensated with the friendliness. Close to lifts. The Breakfast. JOEL you are 10 out of 10 and Akashi was always helpful. We got discounted Ski Hire from next door another friendly bloke. Discounted Lift tickets from front desk. Great savings for us. Drying room the heater is not working. But they supplied us lockers with side door access. The SPA Onsen my daughters just loved.”

Every room gets allocated a storage closet downstairs, which can be used for your skis and snowboards. Good onsen in the hotel as well.”
