“The ultra modern rain-shower was fantastic, specially with its many jets of water. The rooms were spotless and reception and cleaning staff were excellent. Beds were extremely comfortable and a dream to sleep on. The tram station was just across the road and there were two convenience stores 5 minutes walk away. The covered-over shopping malls were also a very short walk away with lots of interesting shops and many restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this amazing hotel to anyone. The public sauna, bath and gym was also great.”
“The morning view from the restaurant is just SUPERB! You get a birds' eye view of Mt Sakurajima and great breakfast (mix of japanese & international). The beds are also super comfortable that we could not wake up the next morning! The toilet is amazing, it feels like a 6-star hotel. The shower knobs seem complicated but you'd realise after a while that it allows you to adjust to your most comfortable temperature or water strength. The shampoo/conditioner brand is also fantastic and I was wishing I could bring it back to Singapore.”
