“We arrived late ~ 21:15, but a nice gentleman was waiting for us there and even helped with our huge bags ( called the lift, helped to put everything inside), walked the stairs and was waiting for us at the desk. The bed is veeery comfortable!!! Very clean!!! The shower room was nice! many towels, shampoos, and others. I loved it. Next morning the lady allowed us to leave the bags outside at the desk, so we could go around the city. ( btw, when we left to have breakfast and came back she was already cleaning the room, took off all the sheets and towels, so it's super nice and clean)”
