“The hotel's location to the cable car is awesome!! This is the first hotel that offered breakfast and dinner. My dinner (a variety of sashimi and seafood) were fresh. The ryokan style room was an experience and I loved it. Onsen was very good and the hotel has an enclosed one and an open one. I enjoyed both. The staff were very helpful and gave us directions to the different interesting places in Hakone. The gift shop offered good Japanese gift box food.”
“the hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. i was stunt by a big ants in the bus on my way to Gotemba, i couldnt proceed the journey and return to the hotel. The hotel staff gave me some medical aids & look out the nearest clinic for me just in case the ants is poisones. Onsen is good.”
