Lo staff molto cortese e cordiale, appena arrivati ci hanno fornito il permesso per l'accesso alla strada privata, ci hanno proposto la cena in hotel, molto buona e con proposte valide anche per i vegetariani. Abbiamo approfittato della zona wellness, davvero confortevole e poco frequentata. La piscina offre una vista meravigliosa! La colazione ricca e varia, buonissime le marmellate fatte in casa. Alcune piccole chicche molto gradevoli: mele ad ogni piano, messaggio della buona notte.”

Posizione dell'hotel magnifica, hotel molto accogliente, pulitissimo, personale gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Pisciana non tanto grande ma con ampia vetrata con vista verso la montagna; zona sauna e relax molto accogliente e ben curata; non mancava proprio nulla!”
“Le camere, davvero spaziose e confortevoli, offrono un bellissimo panorama sulle montagne e su Castelrotto. C'è attenzione ai minimi particolari e lo staff è gentilissimo, il che in Alto Adige non è sempre così scontato. Bella la piscina e l'idromassaggio. Anche la colazione è buona ed estremamente varia. Noi abbiamo mangiato un piatto a pranzo ed era buono, torneremo sicuramente anche per fermarci a cena.”

“Der Ausblick ins Tal Richtung Seis und Schlern gigantisch!Bad sehr neu, modern und immer sauber. Matratzen sehr bequem. Wellnessbereich mit 2 Saunen und einem Dampfbad ausreichend. Badebereich mit ausreichend großem Innenpool sowie kleinem Whirlpool sehr sauber, modern und bestach durch die Glasfront mit Blick ins Tal. Frühstücksqualität konstant gut. Hilfreiche Wetter-Info am Morgen. Großer Vorteil an dem Hotel ist, dass es schon in der verkehrsbeschränkten Zone der Seiser Alm liegt und man per Sondergenehmigung zu jeder Zeit dort hin und wegfahren kann, sowohl ins Tal als auch bis Kompatsch auf die Seiser Alm. ”
