“The staff was very friendly, warm, and personable. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was beautiful. I appreciated all the decorative touches around the hotel and on each floor and everything was just very well put together. We were also thankful the front desk staff, as slammed as they were, allowed us to put all of our luggage in the office space behind the desk so that we didn't have to carry it around with us while we waited for a room. The valet service out front was also a great touch since parking in the city is always less than pleasant no matter where you stay. All the valets were nice and professional.”
