“Unfortunately a few days prior to out trip, we had to cancel our plans due to an emergency health problem that came up.. Although our reservation was not refundable, the professional staff at Indigo dealed with our situation with compassion and gave us a full refund of the price. I cannot say anything about the hotel itself since we didn't have a chance to visit it, but I'm sure that our stay would have been perfect. Me and my husband are really looking forward to be able to visit Edinburgh in the near future and the only thing that is for sure is that we are definetely staying at this place! “I liked everything at the hotel, the room was so comfy & warm, the free complimentary soft drinks & snacks, free toiletries, bath robe, the convenience of being on the ground floor as I have walking difficulties. The staff went above & beyond to make our stay very pleasurable. I would definitely recommend the hotel to all my family & friends & will definitely be back when staying over in Edinburgh again.
