“I didn't have the best value for my money at Hotel Indigo. It was very unfortunate. It was under new management and you could tell that it was in the middle of a transition. Television didn't work the first couple of days, no phones to call front desk, some employees were great the others not so great. The location is great and it has the potential to be better.”

“The hotel itself was really nice, cute boutique style. However, parking was only valet for $30, didn't know that when I got there. Also had I known I could hear sirens every 5 minutes all night long I would have choose a different hotel. The hotel can't do anything about the crime rate in Newark but it could have opted for more sound proof windows/walls. I checked multiple times to be sure there wasn't a window open by accident but nope that's how thin the panes where. Staff was super nice though.”
