If we get back to this area, I know I'll stay here. We stayed 5 nights. Our room was on the ground floor, and we left the French doors wide open all night. It was a really safe area. Day trips included Salzburg, Innsbruck, Munich, Neuschwanstein, Linderhof, Wies Chapel. All were reasonably close, less than 1.5 hours drive.”
