“The location of Istana is great, it's smack in the middle of KL. The main streets of ethnic restaurants are just about 10 minute walk away, once you get your bearings. The monorail is just outside the door and there are massive shopping centres nearly too. The Petronas Towers and KL tower are about 10 minutes walk away. Staff in the hotel are great, very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very good, pool is accessible and friendly pool service. No complaints whatsoever”
