To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.<br><br>Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.<br><br>Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

“Everything you would expect from a good quality hotel. With breakfast it wasn't a buffet style, help yourself, but it was generous and they happily gave me an extra cup of coffee so I have no complaints. Best about this place is that the staff are so incredibly helpful. I needed help with some phone calls, particularly to an airline, my Spanish not being great, the kind man on reception spoke on my behalf and then even helped me use their scanner for documents and wrote an email to them for me! I can't say how lost I would have felt without their help over the two days I was there. The air-con was very good and appreciated with the humidity in Piura. There was even a fridge in the room. They have 2 computers available for guests in the lobby. I had an evening bus and they let me store my bags and use ground floor facilities until I left, which I really appreciated - nothing worse than having to wait in a bus station for hours!”
“The room was so so comfortable! Luxury in Peru! The air conditioning worked great and wasn't loud, the water in the shower was hot with good pressure, and the bed was so so comfortable. I slept like a baby. The included breakfast was pretty good- eggs cooked the way you like, cereal, bread, the usual. I got picked up from the airport for free and the driver was right on time and carried my bag from the airport to the taxi and from the taxi upstairs to my room.”
