The concierge, Constantin was very cheerful and helpful with any request made. We had the room with the balcony and enjoyed sitting out there with a cup of coffee. Lovely small hotel.”
“Absolutely amazing super friendly helpful service by the hotelier Constantine. On our arrival he said "I noticed the ages of your two kids (10&12) and figured they would like their own beds so we moved an extra small bed in for you." He helped us arrange a dining reservation for 8 on short notice with dietary demands. He was unfailingly patient with my rusty bad French, and felt like a friend who was happy to have us stay with him. The hotel is perfectly central, literally next to Chateau Frontenac, facing a lovely little park which overlooks the St. Lawrence. Very clean, super comfy beds, charming and romantic. As long as you can climb stairs and don't mind parking elsewhere (they help you find the parking), this is where you want to stay! Pics actually don't do justice to its charm. Look no further!”
